USA, the country that most data asks for Facebook

The United States is the country that most petitions have processed in   Facebook   in the last six months. Between January 1 and June 30, 12,000 petitions related to more than 20,000 user profiles were made. In total, 74 countries have requested data from 38,000 users.

The biannual report can be consulted within your own service. In it, it indicates which countries have requested Facebook information about their users with petition numbers per country, how many accounts affect the sum of petitions and the percentage of accounts that Facebook has revealed. The United States, for example, has had a satisfactory response in 79% of cases. Spain, on the other hand, has to comply with 51% of the 479 petitions on 715 accounts on which it sued information.

Hong Kong and Iceland have had a 100% response. Of course they only ordered a data. The United Kingdom, India, France and Germany are among the countries that have addressed the service of Zuckerberg to investigate their citizens.

Latin American countries, Chile, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina stand out for their active role in this report.
