New project: The Tiny House Barcelona

From the agency, we have just launched a project on which we have been working for five months. We have launched The Tiny House Barcelona , a mini house located in the Collserola Natural Park, Barcelona, which will most likely become a reference tourist accommodation. From edeon we have taken charge of all the project management and it has served us to test different skills on the part of our team.

These months we have selected a space where we believe it may have tourist potential. We adapted the space by moving earth, installing fences to create a unique space with a lot of privacy, and we started the most complicated part of the project; the design and construction of a mini house.

The 16m2 Tiny House can accommodate four people. It is ideal for a romantic getaway as a couple, but it is also ready to welcome families with two young children. From edeon we created the website, we did a market study that helped us compare prices and recommend different promotion strategies and accommodation prices, we helped with the legal management of the establishment and finally we have done all the management with the Airbnb platform and its launch.
